In a ceremony prior to Saturday's win over Framingham State, the Bears unveiled the Women's Basketball 1,000-Point Banner and honored the 16 (now 17) members of the 1,000-Point Club.
 
Four BSU Hall of Famers, Cathy Baker, '85; Carolyn Parsley, '86; JoAnn Runge, '88; and Lynn Malkasian, '90 were among the 15 players in attendance for the ceremony.  Also honored was current Bear Jenna Williamson who became the program's all-time leading scorer in the win over the Rams.
 
Other honorees inlcuded Katrina Antonellis, '91; Kim Mooney, '94; Laurie Berryman, '96; Kelly DeMello, '00; Lora O'Connell, '02; Stephanie Hurley, '03; Jessica Worden, '06; Samantha Curry, '06; Caitlin Feeney, '08; Shelly DePina, '12; and Michaela Cosby.
 
Also honored were Tracy Howard, '02, and current assistant coach Colleen Feeney, '09, who each tallied 1,000 points while splitting time between Bridgewater State and Wheaton College (Howard) and Rhode Island College (Feeney).
 
In the win over Framingham, Elisha Homich became the 17 player in program history to score 1,000 points all in a Bridgewater State uniform.
