On a sunshine-filled afternoon, students came together in-between classes to celebrate the season at Fall Fest.
Held behind the RCC, the celebration consisted of a photo booth, a pumpkin decorating competition, lawn games, raffle prizes and music from the university’s radio station, WBIM. Apple cider was served and BSU’s mascot Bristaco made an appearance, taking pictures and giving high-fives to students.
“Fall Fest was a very fun event,” exclaimed Bethany MacDonald, Program Council’s special events chair, who added that more than 200 students partook of the festivities. “Not only were all the activities successful, the raffle prizes were quite popular. With the involvement of our co-sponsors, we cannot wait to put on an event like this again. It was a fabulous.”
Prizes included a Halloween-themed movie bucket, Beats earbuds and two Celtics tickets.
