Mr. Frederick Clark, Esquire
Mr. Clark of Easton, Massachusetts is Executive Vice President and Vice President for External Affairs at Bridgewater State University. Before coming to Bridgewater in 2011, he served for more than a decade as Executive Officer of the Massachusetts State Universities’ Council of Presidents. He is a past Chairperson of the Massachusetts Board of Higher Education, past Chairperson of the Bridgewater State University Board of Trustees and a former Vice Chairperson of the Bridgewater State University Foundation. For nearly 20 years, Mr. Clark served as a chief aide to the late Congressman John Joseph Moakley holding the positions of District Director, Legal Counsel and Washington Liaison Officer. Since 2001, he has presided over the John Joseph Moakley Charitable Foundation. Mr. Clark earned a JD from Suffolk University and a BA in Political Science from Bridgewater State University.
