Professor interviews Iraqi ambassador to the United Nations

On his television program, In Focus, Dr. Jabbar al-Obaidi, professor of communication studies, interviewed Dr. Mohamed Ali Alhakim, the Iraqi ambassador to the United Nations. The topics included the recent election, Iraq’s relations with its neighbors, Isis and military operations past and present.
